Although, I feel that Xray springs are stiffer than some other brands regardless of how they are rated.
2-dot rears are 2.28lbs, the fronts are also 2-dot, but are 3.71lbs.

Use the 5.71 x "c" rating to get your lbs equivalent.

I'm running TV's setup, which is 4.11lbs in front, which is TLR black and 2.00lbs in back, which is TLR yellow

I was running the stock kit ones (364130), but since I put in an 84T I am going to try AE's 9603.

I'd like to try AE's 91170 - they look to be the same as the XRay's upgraded SLS slipper pads (364131).

Curious to know if the TLR232007 HDS slipper pads would work.

The SLS ones come with the '14 kit and replace the black ones from the '13 kits. The SLS pads are very very good.

+1 my pads should be much more worn down then they are. I have not seen any type of glazing on them either. Very good stuff. Tyler: how much should my slipper slip? As I have it set now, it slips about 1 1/2 feet.

You mean 1.5 feet from a standing start? I set it the same way as I set a 2wd slipper; hold both rear tires and punch it, and it should slip plenty, and lift the front a bit. If yours is slipping like that from a standing start, I'm sure you're close.

Tyler, have you had a chance to try the ball diffs in XB4. What was your thoughts? Really liking the gear diffs, but curious to hear how the ball diffs are in the buggy.

Nope, haven't had a chance yet. Everywhere I've been racing has had high grip, so I haven't had a need to take the gear diffs out. I think the grip would have to be pretty low to justify it, at least with this car. The car is pretty versatile, I've ran on surfaces where I thought the gear diffs wouldn't cut it, and the car is still really good.

Okay cool. I have been running my XB4 at Modesto RC Raceway (low bite compared to most) with 10k and 5k diff oils and my car has been hooked up. Just wanted to get your input. Thanks!

Ok thanks. Didn't think to try it that way. Was just trial and error adjusting it.
