what batteries will fit and work well roar appv going to jc race at smac going to run 7.5 or 8.5 tight track med speeds
I roll with a Tekin 6.5 and run SMC saddles without issue. If needed, I dial a little power out. Id rather have more then fall short.

thanks what tires should i run and how should i gear it "7.5" and 6.5

Tires depend on the track. 6.5t is usually a 19t with the stock 81t spur, although you can go higher.

Need some advice with setup before I get too frustrated and sell it. Car works great on high bite but can't get enough forward bite on looser tracks. From mid corner to exit I have to drive it like a 2wd buggy or the rear comes around. Have avid pistons, tried 1 dot rear springs, 2 dot progressive fronts, 10/5, 10/3, 7/3, 5/3, 5/2 diff fluids, different camber links, different arm mounting positions, added weight to rear. Also removed rear spacer and sanded down arm mounts, rear hubs all the way forward, chassis at low bite settings. Car has tons of steering have to run dr at 70% to drive it. Also tried every tire I can and still no better.

Anyone know the part number for the NT1 diff gear sets for the xb4? Possibly where they might be in stock?

Was thinking maybe I need to go softer on rear spring and stiffer front. Stiffest is have is stock and 2 dot progressive softest rear is 1 dot or ae yellow. Any suggestions on what springs to try? Was thinking maybe Losi low freq rear around 2# and something around 4# front.

I run stock springs up front and kyosa white rear. also a 1 dot rear sway bar. Front diff is 5K rear 2K. RR hinge pin holder cups 1 center out. I was still a little loose and then I Loosening the slipper. Now I don't have enough steering. I wish I had a little more. I am still looking and working to get just a little more.

Hope this helps
