I have sold all my RC stuff so this will be new start for me, I was really into shourt course, I was wondering if theres any huge changes back 3-4 months ago, whats hot out here? any new KIT/trucks for tracks? or still SCTE vs SC10?...

welcome back
Seems like 1/10 2wd and for some reason 4wd are the hot ticket now. the b4.1 and losi 22 are popular , but the durangos and kyosos are getting some good reviews also.
I am still running the losi 8 and sc 10 4x4 Get something and head back to LRH , track layout is killer right now.

The scte is still the most popular choice. Team C has released a truck that is getting good reviews. There is a thread here about it.

Was it ever SCTE vs SC10. As far as I've seen - 95% of all 4wd SCT's are Losi.

Not trying to suggest there is anything wrong with the SC10 4x4, but it is a huge departure from the standard SC 4x4 layout with the belt drive setup that I think it keeps people a little afraid to really work with it.

I will admit I like the durable, simple scaled down 1:8 layout of the SCTE myself

Welcome back! Lots of choices for SCT. What's your preference, 2WD or 4WD?

If 4WD is your thing, I heartily recommend the Losi SCTE. I absolutely love that truck. I've driven the SC10 4x4. The SCTE handles better by far.

If 2WD is your bag, there are a lot of good racers. I hear the new Losi 22SCT is really sharp. The SC10 and XXX-SCT are good racers as well. The Blitz ESE is another decent choice.

Kyosho SC-R is another great truck to consider. I have a Blitz, an LCG Slash and a Kyosho SC. I recommend any of these trucks. They are all great for racing.
