Ran three packs through the ProLite yesterday at the track. I was pretty pleased with the bang for buck experience. Box stock except for putting on tires applicable to our dusty, dry, loose track and running a 2-cell LiPo. Truck handled & jumped well. Really has quite a bit of steering right out of the box. Speed is adequate, particularly for our track condition; it isn't blistering, but it is fast enough. Had a grub screws loosen up on one of the diff outdrives. As with any RTR it is probably a good idea to make sure everything is tight and that any screws into metal are properly locktighted.

JC Subcultures (PL Calibers, HB Megagrid & AKA Cityblocks also work well on my track).

It does have the new BB shocks on it so that adds to the cost of the truck some. It does look pretty good though.

So would the new AE 12mm big bore shocks be the choice, what about the stock shocks from the SC10 4x4 either non ft or ft kit?

Did you hear him say how much stuff he's already swapped out on that truck though? He's got a bunch of other mods in mind already.

As a side note I hear its incredibly hard to drive consistently.

I think pretty much any of the AE SC shocks would work.

The prolite looked very competitive to me and way better than I expected. I always buy the best of everything so modifying the truck isn't a issue.
