I think scb running could pick up since its not essentially a one car show (I know kyosho has one, but seems rare and hard to find now in USA).

If I didn't already pick up a dex210, I could consider this vehicle.

I would assume most clubs would run them in the same race with a 2wd SCT if they did not have turnout on race day. This would help in the time it takes to pick up, or to have a place the people who got on board to keep running if it simply does not pick up.

looks like the scb is 3mm shorter and 1/2lbs lighter. Wonder why it is shorter? I cant believe they made a new chassis.

yeah, we have a few scb here and they run with sc trucks. I actually think beginners would like the lack of parachute effect. I know the first time i drove my sc10 and the wind light hit my truck after a jump and I landed on my roof, I was like wtf. The better guys hack the crap out of the body, but have to replace it constantly because it falls apart. I like the idea of scb.

The chassis is the same. The difference in wheelbases likely is due to a difference the ride height and/ore toe of each vehicle when the wheelbase was measured.

Awesome looking ride. It's nice that it is based off the SC10.

I plan to buy one and add the SC10 shocks and correct tires for my track.

I wonder how hard it is to get the battery in and out. The Kyosho version is a real PITA. The Losi is allot easier. I still have my XXX-SCB, but when the class didn't take off, most people sold or disabled theirs. Maybe this will breath new life into the class... not holding my breath though. This car looks good, time will tell...

From what I can see, I think the center pin up front is the only one and the rear of the cage is hinged.

it "looks" like the cage pivots up and it connected in the rear. So it looks pretty easy.

I am guessing the price point will be the same as the SC10RS. Same electronics.

I sure hope so, I'd bring my car to the track in a heart beat if I had competition.

Thanks for the little tidbit about it having the same electronics, makes it easier to do a bit of research on them.

we run scb with our sct class if somebody shows up.

maybe its shorter becaues the bumper is different?

looking forward to the driveability of a sct without the parachuting and all the noise from the bodies. hopefully people treat em like buggys rather than crashing and smashing trucks into eachother. or we may have an unbelievable amount of breakage! haha

Dammit! I wasn't planning on another car for awhile..... I guess that plan is shot.
I could see this being fun at the Sea-Tac track when it's finished!
