Ok guys, a bit of a strange thread, but just after some food for thought.
I am on a budget, I race one class, 4wd mod buggy, and I wanna be the best I can be.
So I have a choice to make. I can get a $400 dirt champ lap timer for xmas / bday pressy. Or I can get a 12 subscription to VRC PRO ($120).
Which choice is going to help me improve my time around the local track.
Points to concider, I cannot live at the track, so actual practice time is limited to maybe once a week. But how much is VRC going to help my real life times?

Definitely VRC. In addition to practicing all week if you wanted to, you have the ability to run on-road 1/12th scale which will improve your driving skill faster than anything else (in my opinion).
