Derek,

What would it take to entice you to visit Albuquerque again? We're having our 10th Annual Tumbleweed Classic in September. I ask because your coverage of the Mod Nat at our track last year was simply the best.

I like xrc. RC Driver seems pretty good too, but I'm not so interested in the other stuff. Well, I like xrc's other stuff... the girls are a nice touch!!

Derek - OK, ya got me. I never actually mailed my UNC-mobile to you guys. It was RC Driver and RCCA that I mailed it to. I liked their policy of giving free subscriptions to all whose picture gets published. I do like XRC a lot though, even if it is run by a UConn fan. It was actually your reviews that helped me FINALLY settle on which 1/8 buggy I wanted to get. It seemed your reviews were the most informative.

LOL, so you like the other magazine because a picture of you was in it and XRC because we actually have a good magazine? That's UNC math if I I ever seen it!

Default best r/c mag

My order is as follows (best to less preferred):

1. RC Driver - This magazine started off OK, got much, much better and is now awesome. I can't believe what they have created out of nothing. Gary, great job!
2. R/C Car - Lots of monster truck and racing stuff. I love the vintage column as well.
3. XRC -- Good mag, but not exactly my taste. Has improved massively in recent years, just a bit too informal for my tastes.
4. RCCA -- 15 years ago, was the king of the hill and has just deteriorated ever since.

R/c Driver is now like RCCA used to be.

Stutter and grammar are two different things, guess they never taught that to you there either?

I'm bitter because UC just lost and if they played something that looked like basketball for longer than the last 7 minutes they would have won.
