Default RPM Ride Height Gauge Metric RPM81150

This thing is a nightmare. Can somebody please explain to me the units of measure? it says its metric yet the numbers on the gauge read 5, 7, 9, 11 up to 17. I know there is some conversion for the units im just not sure how to convert it to MM.

Its an onroad ride height gauge. So it wont go high enough for offroad cars. The Losi one I have starts at 10mm ride height and goes way up to like 50 maybe.

And the measurements do reflect in mm, like 5mm, 7mm etc

Its not for on road. Its uses some weird units of measure. I know that 11 on the gauge is 24mm because I remember i looked this up a while ago i just cant remember how i figured that out.

So the lower side of the gauge (the right side of the blue peice) represents actual measurement 4mm-17mm. The left side of the blue peice is side "B" this is what I am using and it seems you have to add 13 to the number on the gauge. That makes sense. This must be why i thought 11 was 24mm before. Thanks for the help.
