Default What makes 1/8th scale E-buggy so great???

I raced my newly purchased D8 this weekend for the first time, and loved it!!! The class is super competitive, and good hard racing throughout the day. I'm really glad the class took off this year like it has.

Why do you guys like it so much, and what do you think made this class grow this year??

No pit man needed , no starter box needed , no RX pack to charge , much cleaner , buggy runs the same every time you plug it in , no need to tune the motor everytime the temp/humidity changes , a brushless motor will last much longer than a nitro engine , you can concentrate on chassis setup more , no clutch shoes to wear/fail .

Thats why I like E 1/8 scale ......

Ditto on the last 2 posts above me... the Raw Power E-Buggy gives is Addicting to say the least! You get a nice shot of adrenaline as soon as you get your kit dialled on a supercross type track!
