Thanks for the pic. Where are you placing the bottom of the spring (rotation wise)? What if the bottom of the spring (spring that was face down) was placed at 12 o'clock?

LD motor plate
LD gear cover optional
The 6.6 idler is optional too depends on if you run 3 gear or 4 gear. If running mod, go 4gear, wich you should already have all those parts

Got an Ultima rb6 ready to run made some upgrades to race. how do you get the mode for forward only with no reverse for racing. Please help. Thanks

Default Adjuster rod??

Need some help here so my adjuster arm snapped at the track today (rear) and was looking to upgrade to this set up by Lunsford.... Lunsford Super Duty Kyosho Ultima RB6.6 Titanium Turnbuckle Kit w/Ball Cups (6) [LNS36106] the stock size says its 40mm but this set up is 55 for the front and 60 for the rear? Am I misunderstanding something or does anyone else have a good suggestion that I can get as a kit with ball ends as well since the arm snapped off inside the ball end. Your help is appreciated on any advice or should I just go back to stock. It is an RB6 Ultima ready set. Thanks in advance

The Lundsford Turnbuckles are probably longer because the ball cups are shorter than the stock Kyosho ones. those are good turnbuckles, I have them on my ZX6.6 with B6 ball cups.

So I am new to this car and haven't raced a 2wd buggy since 03. I am having a little trouble figuring out the gearing. I am racing on a medium size indoor clay track with:
HW pro Stock ESC
TSR The one 17.5
Track power 80C 4500
4 gear Mid ball diff
Positrons

The smallest spur I have is a48 P 76. Based on what I have seen here and setup sheets. I came up with 32/76 at a 6.175. Problem is it doesn't fit. I have ordered a 69T to run 29-30/69. Am I even close or completely out to lunch?

Right on track with the gearing. We run 28/69 for medium to small tracks in 17.5 class. Try 3 gear transmission too.

Ok good to know I will start with 28/69. Would it be safe to say dropping to a 26/69 would be ok for a 13.5 at 6.9?

^^I'm running 30/76 on my 13.5, which is really close to 27/69.
**edit - do you mean 6.9Amps? That's much hotter than I'm running, so you should start lower than my figures.

Help with my diff, it is rebuilt with all new parts. New diff screw,spring,nut,everything. Problem is, it keeps barking when ran too loosely. I have to have the diff really tight for it not to slip. Do I need to replace old parts on my slipper? The spring is pretty old. But I didnít think it would effect the diff issue

do you use a break in procedure? ive seen diffs not broke in properly just get ruined one run. Xray Ty Tessman has a nice utube video
