Love this car. Had one to end last season and sold it to take a break. Got another one to start the new indoor season and continue to learn more about the car every run. I've been working on my own setup in order to learn what affect different adjustments have on the car. Already running in the top 5 at our track as the only Kyosho. I'll be comparing some of the pro setups real soon, but so far, very impressed with the quality and performance of the car.

I finally got to race my rear mount RB6 and man I love this car.
I was putting out similar and faster lap times with this car (set up kit) than I was with my 22 so hopefully that will improve as I get used to a car that actually turns
Also I qualified in the A's for the first time

I wasn’t happy with the way the car felt in my first qualifier (dampening and smoothness wise) so I swapped the kit pistons out for the GHEA 4x1.3 pistons and the car was completely different and got the car to how I wanted to feel with jumping and how smooth the car felt.

So am I another one for these pistons they are just awesome

Default First Run with My RB6 - Mid Motor

This is the first run with my RB6.....build mid motor right out of the box!

Track is medium bite.......normal tires are Green V1 barcodes in the rear and M4 suburbs up front!

Most guys run their cars really soft......this car is 30/25 with stock pistons and springs!

Watch in HD here : http://youtu.be/JPRAk7CFp3M

Nice run Jason. I'm considering a mid motor swap but still have a few things I'd like to try rear motor. Your car looked good.

I'm going to try Mid Motor for 17.5 class probably next month some time. I'm more or less taking Sept off to avoid getting burned out.

What I really need is for one of the new kits to come out so I have a second class at all these big races all winter. I'm leaning towards 2wd SCT simply because it opens up more possible races to attend through out the year. 2wd buggy is really not big out here in NJ all summer.

OMG Trophy race at IRH..... get up at 4am, spend 100 bucks in gas and tolls to get there....ruin a perfectly good set of tires and finish dead last to the 14 year old track rats who have reflexes like Darryl Strawberry on Cocaine.

Think I would rather watch football

And me going to the Eastern states was different how? Oh I had 3 sets of mounted tires, very little practice on a track that was nowhere near as good as it would be a few hours later, and yeah, ONE RUN REARS?

and IRH has, OMG, wait for it.. practice days!!! free sat practice for registered sunday drivers
