If the wheels barely fit, there is probably an offset difference. I wouldn't run them until i could verify that.... and I find my kyosho wheels stay just as clean as any other wheel i have run. they are a non porous surface, so they can be cleaned easily with wd40 or simplegreen. They will scratch like any other plastic wheel, I don't think the 22 or b4 plastic is somehow more "scratch resistant"... At least they don't get uncleanably (is that a word?) dirty like the Jconcepts wheels!

Has anyone tried the avid triad slipper assembly? Or has anyone locked down their slipper? Specifically looking for 17.5 stock class. (No timing and no boost)

The setup above calls for an RB5 front axle. Just wondering what the difference is... Yes, I bought some kyosho wheels today...

Quick question? Does the 0 front casterinserts give you more or less steering than the 2 and 4 inserts.

Well, maybe he's broke?
Maybe he has tons if b4 wheels that are good?
This is the best place in the world to ask this question, if somebody has this answer it will probably be somewhere on rctech.
I just thought it was a crappy answer that didn't help him.
Sorry guys I see this junk a lot and I'm sure I have been guilty as well.

lower the number the more "twitchyness" you get

"More Caster will make your car easier to drive. It will also make it more stable on the straights and through bumpy sections. Less Caster will give the car more front bite into corners and make it react quicker to steering inputs. Less Caster will also make your car feel a little more twitchy."

The link to my setup never changes, but the setup does all the time. I made 3 changes to it this week alone. I just overwrite my old one on my website, so redownload whenever you want to see what changes I am running. I am also more than happy to help you tweak it to more closely match your track (best I can)... PM me, or we can even chat on the phone. I'm open to help wherever I can.

Yes I run a 69/32 right now but was curious about specifically running a locked slipper or the kimbrough spur (the type that doesn't use pads) with the locking plates in it.

Haven't measured it yet (well, to make them equal yes, but I don't recall), but the rear shock ends are screwed all the down till the threads just disappear. I don't measure the shocks, I measure the shock shaft at full extension (easier) The fronts are screwed out to get 19.75mm. (its about a turn or a turn and a half)
