Default the hornet

The Tamiya Hornet is only 95 dollars and comes with an ESC!!! how amazing is that!? Will this Hornet go just as fast as an associated RC10B4?

Maybe with the right motor and a decent esc you can keep up with a B4 in the straightaway

After than you'll notice a big difference when you get to the turn.

A AE B4 will dominate a T. Hornet in handling alone.

No. There is no way in **** a stock Tamiya will ever be faster than an Associated or Losi.

Sure it will with the right batteries, motor, and gearing... in a straight line.

that's only if the hornet's gears don't weld themselves together after a few feet.

INEVER had any problems with the gears on my hornet...that drivetrain was so ridiculously free it used to dominate the gearbox oval class we used to run....

the cars are ROCKETS...they jsut dont handle all to wel with htat undamped front end and short narrow wheelbase lol
