Battery Issue

I have two recently purchased 2c Lipo 5700 25C soft Onyx packs and after two uses they seem to be holding air. The packs have "puffed" up and feel like a balloon. I was told that was an indicator they were ready to go but they are only 3 months old and have not been beaten up.
Are they still OK to use or ready to go up in flames?

If you have a lipo charge bag i would suggest putting them in there

Do you use a battery charger with a lipo charging program?
Do you charge at the safe charge rate for your battery?
Do you have LVC set on your ESC?

I charge on the Lipo setting for 2c at 5.5A.
The charger is a auto charger the same brand as the batteries.
The batteries are soft sided (not the hard packs) much like the old NIMH packs, if that makes a difference.

I'd get higher C packs 25c isn't really enough for high draw systems

I never thought anything of it due to a change in Temp and they puffed up a bit shortly after I got them.
