Then you release this awesome SCT with a pre-cut High Flow body.

Looks like I might not be leaving 2WD SCT afterall...
Please understand that the body is pre cut in that the wheel wells are pretrimmed. All of the vent holes are not. We did release that as a seperate hop up body for those that want all the vent holes in them. Hope that clarification helps.

I run std packs (long) in my 22T and will in my 22SCT! The extra weight helpw keep it planted better for me. I am sure the 22SCT will be the same way.

Don't be surprised if they get held up in Customs a little longer than originally planned. I'd say add an extra few days to a week. I cannot divulge my sources or the reasoning, but it looks like they will probably be stuck in customs for a little bit extra due to the smallest of errors, but customs takes that stuff seriously So I'm guessing an extra week, so maybe Thursday the 23rd?

I swear Losi could announce the truck as it was being loaded on the store shelves and something would still happen

I'm planning on building mine to run the 17.5 class, any recommendations on gearing?

Thats not bad. If I was able to grab it on the 23rd I could possibly build it in time for the weekend. I can be patient. I just really want one!!!

Does the 22 line use the same spurs as the XXX line? Looking at the "Optional Parts" listed on the TLR site, I assume yes. But I also see some spurs listed as "22".

Also, I assume the shock springs will be different?

If the date goes to the 23rd that is the day they arrive at horizons warehouse...not the on the shelf date.

Spurs, slipper plates and slipper pads are all the same.

Looks like Exotek released some as well:

I have a 22sct on order and I mostly run a large track with
With a clay sand mix even when it's sprayed down there
Is a lot of loose dirt on top would a mid motor set up be good
And why?

On a loose track you are probably better off with the rear motor setup.
