What steering servo are most of the factory guys running so far? Mostly the shorty Spektrum 6040 or full size servo?

The one in the video with Frank had a std size servo and there was plenty of room for a rx and transponder. The 6040 is a std size servo though. The shorty is 6070.

My mistake. I was wondering why it had such great torque numbers in comparison to the Savox 1251 - which is also a very similar shorty servo.

Its cool. Figured I would tell you before you ordered one and then realized it was a std size lol. But for this truck, since there is plenty of room, I would go with a std size. That way you have more speed/torque options.

Yeah, Maifield was hauling butt this past weekend in his truck. I still dont know why none of the fast guys drove the sc10 4x4. I think durango took that class.
