Well I am the first on the list at my LHS for this truck. Was told that it should go for $ 325. With my sc10 running the best it ever has not sure why I am geting this truck, but looking foreward to trying mid motor. Not sure why this kit costs more than the ten-scte roller but thats the way it is. Not complaning just puzled

The Ten-SCTE is a RTR grade truck that requires a butt load of upgrades to make it race worthy. I probably have close to the cost of the original kit in mine just getting the car up to snuff. My 22 is basically bone stock with the exception of a few tuning components I bought. The 22 line is a much higher grade kit than the SCTE. Im expecting that the 22SCT will also be a race grade truck. Being able to build the kit and not have to chase a million little issues and things wearing out after only a few races will make it worth every penny IMO.

I wish losi would just do a TLR version of the SCTE. Sure would be nice to have it come with all of the bells and whistles right out of the box. But thats a discussion for another thread....

I am running a conversion right now and it is sweet can't wait to see what tlr with the different arms and such is capable of. I was running a way dialed xxx-sct with scb conversion and my conversion is way faster and way smoother.

The truck is fast. We learned a lot at the HRH Shootout this weekend and just know you will all love this thing. So fast and durable.

Reading through the thread and looking on TLR's site at the parts listing, is there, or will there be a full conversion offered by TLR for those who have 22T's and want to convert to 22SCT's? I haven't been able to find anything yet. Thanks

it was asked and answered in this thread.

the answer is that it is highly unlikely a conversion will ever be offered.

+1 THATS A SWEET DEAL!
the Kyosho is almost $400!

If I hadn't already converted my 22T, I would be getting in line for this!

Here is your conversion list.
Front bumper, rear bumper, front arms, rear arms, front axles and hex's, rear axle's, rear drive shafts, rear hex's, front body mount, rear body mount, losi's new high flow body, 22-sct chassis and front caster blocks. depending on how much narrower the front and rear are and depending on how much play the camber link have in them you may need front and rear camber links as well.
As you can se you might as well just get the whole truck.
