A buddy had some Blitz ballcups that I tried and they didn't pop off after installation. I did have to drill the cups out a little. I will be doing the traxxas or hot bodies mod soon.

Hello guys I'm having some issues with my truck and I can't figure it out. When ever I get on the gas even if its rolling already the rear end wants to come around. The same issue happens when ever I get on the brakes. I'm running the frank root setup indoor med bite clay setup. My esc/motor is a Novak gtb with a 7.5 ballistic. I have it geared as the chart recommends. I'm running beam tire witch are the best on our track. Seems that when I added the rear sway bar it helped a little. I just can't use all of my power or even turn. It jumps great. Something I have added is the 25 brass kick up along with my 10 degree knuckle holder. I have tried tire changes and it gets worse. I feel that I'm close on the setup. I'm thinking that its the same issues because I can't turn under power. PLEASE HELP

Are both tires breaking loose? One or the other? How tight is your ball diff set? Are your shocks even? Did you set your slipper correctly?

From what i can see both tires are breaking loose. My slipper is set to lift the front tire 2 in off the ground on the bench. I measure my shocks with dial calipers.

I actually have my diff set pretty loose after thinking about it. The other day I goosed the throttle to clear a triple and I heard it bark. I tightened it just a tad and haven't heard it since.

I would say loosen the slipper a bit. That's a lot of weight to lift 2 inches - that test is more for buggies than SCT. To be honest I would suspect the ball diff is not tight enough. I run mine very tight.

Thanks that's the info I'm looking for I will try it tonight. I have a fresh diff for it waiting to go in so I don't care if I destroy this one. Thanks again.

Turn down the brakes so you don't lock up the tires. What front tires you using. You can detune steering by going to a less agressive front tire as well.

Loosen the slipper a hair... Check your tire choice... And check your trigger finger!!!!!!

Try softening up the rear of it to get some more traction.
