Im running the Center Hood vents
The 2 smaller Side windows
the 3 Horizontal Rear Vents

I have found that this give great airflow without compromising the body strength too much and I dont seem to have any parachute affect, even on windy days.

Well, I cut out everything except the rear fender holes and windows. Didn't seem to go as bad as the first time, and I'm happy with that. Just washed it out, ready to mask it as soon as it's dry, then painting time!

Had I known that 30 minutes ago.... lol

Warm water and Simple Green works well, fan dry mostly, then wipe out the excess.

+1 And the only Paint I have an issue with is Flor. Orange color. No matter what I do to prep I cant seem to get that color to not flake off the body in high stress areas.

Try backing it with rustoleum flat white enamel.

I can certainly try this out as well. I assume a rattle can of rustoleum?

Has anyone noticed a lot of play in the diff. Seems like it needs some shims in the case. Ive only ran the truck 10 times and i can move the diff back and forth in my trans. I checked all the screws and they are all good. I put on another case and now there is no play. I have never seen this before on my 22. anyone experience this?

So I noticed my friend Rango DESC210 had a massive Honda Spoiler on it and I thought..

"Hmm not bad, I could use V-Tech Yo! Power on the 22SCT"

So I present to you the most bogan (think redneck but australian) thing ever done to a 22SCT.

Its an old FTW wing I had for my 22 Buggy, gave it a quick patch job and a lick of paint.

See how it does on Saturday night racing.

Here's another noob question, when you mention a track by number i.e. 11 sec, do you mean that it takes 11 seconds to get around the track? If so, it takes the fast guys about 33 seconds to get around our track. Does anyone have a set up for such a big 1/8 scale track?

larger laptimes dont really dictate setup very much
setup is all about the surface and what you want the car to do on that surface.
