There is no rule against it at this time.

Yes, a shorty will fit mid motor also.

The kit comes with TLR8060 and it does my have the hi-performance holes pre-cut. It is already available though, so you can pick one up today and get it pre painted for your 22SCT! We are selling an option body, TLR8061 that comes with all the vent holes pre-cut, so for replacement bodies you can choose your preference.

What are you guys using to cut out the reliefs on the HP body?

Best of luck to the TLR team this weekend!
I use a body reamer to put a hole in each corner of the cut out, then us body scissors to connect the dots. Then use a Dremel with a sanding drum to finish it off.

Matt
It actually had specific arms, turnbuckles, CVA's, and hexes for optimized suspension geometry.

As an optional item, but not with the kit.

They are a different length than the 22T bodies, we completely optimized the 22SCT and that ment that if we needed a different part for the 22 or 22T to get the proper geometry, we made it.

Good stuff, Frank! Thanks much for the clarifications. And might I say - nice paint job on the promo pics. Your color scheme I believe.

Just watched the time lapse video. Man I can't wait for this truck. Hope we don't have a turnbuckle issue like on the 22T

Sorry if this has been asked and answered, but will it be a KIT?

Just might get me back to the track after being burned out on RC for the past year.

Thanks Frank, looking forward to it. Really glad things are kinda goin back to the old school. Nothing more fun than building a new kit.

See you at the track soon! Might come brush the dust off and race this weekend.

That is under the 4X4 rules not the 2wd SC section 8.10.12? Section 8.10.13 is 4X4?

Either way the wheels have a cool 5 spoke design that is always there. The "dish" is an add on if the event/club allows them or you can run bead lock rings or nothing at all.
