I agree, Your geared around Blinky 17.5t, and you getting heat fade due to being boosted on top of a tall gearing...Back something down, you have to compromise somewhere...

Oh, and don't tune to temp. If you are geared for best performance, temp is not an issue. As you're finding, when temp approaches the maximum safe number, performance is already deteriorating.

If I was running 45 degrees of boost I would be geared around 22/81. Maybe even lower then that...
