Default Antenna mounting help?

So, I finally broke down the slash again and decided now was the time to get rid of the traxxas rx box. Problem is, now that it's gone, how in the world do I mount the antenna?

With most of my RX's, I try and keep it away from the driveline. Apart from that, I don't get all that worried about whether or not it's in a antenna tube.

Ive liked using hook and loop tape. The stuff thats a bit stiffer than velcro, both sides key into each other. Just putting one side on the chassis and routing antenna thru it, it stays there very nice. Its neat too. Out of the way.

We have a very cool little carbon fiber antenna mount that will bolt onto any flat spot on the car. I think A Main has them. If not, contact us. They are not yet on our store.

We also have a dialed CF battery strap and stand-offs that will get rid of those ugly belts, or whatever they are.

something like this, just using the one side, weaving the antenna thru the grid on the tape. Worls like a charm.
