Default Has Anyone Used Liquid Electrical Tape For Waterproofing Electronics?

i heard this stuff works pretty well. im getting the savage 4.6 kit tomorrow and plan on dipping my electric (servo) components in the stuff and brushing it on my receiver. im gonna apply it on all the wires as well. i live in the desert and it gets really dusty and when it rains it rains like a cow pissing on a flat rock

i bought some for about $6 in the electrical section of the hardware store.

lets hear ideas for waterproofing. i heard that propholactics and ballons work well also for components..

LIQUID ELECTRICAL TAPE forms a protective, waterproof, UV resistant dielectric coating. Prevents corrostion on wires and terminals.
Patented UL tested fast drying formula.

they sell in the electrical section at home depot, lowes, most hardware stores. if you drip it on it looks much nicer, but you can brush it on with the brush applicator. and it peels right off you need to peel it off for any reason. comes in colors as well. green, black, white, yellow,etc...
