That is pretty much how I look at it, but I'm pretty sure I have read about people flipping them for whatever reason.......

Yup, I was able to fit the K pistons right on the Tekno shock shaft without any modifications.

I got an rx8 esc, wondering which orientation I should place it in. Any suggestions? Posts towards motor or towards servo? I get hung up on small details like this.

I mounted mine underneath the receiver box lid. It is basically screwed in upside down.

The three holes in the receiver box are intended for the transponder mount.

I just stuck my transponder on top of the receiver box.
However, if you have the RC4, I've seen them mounted on the front of the servo holder too. I wanted to do that, but didn't want yet more wires going that direction out of the rx box, as the BEC kinda fills up that space.

It's mine. Additionally, the car wasn't fully set up at the time of that photo.

It's called expandable sleeving, any decent electronics store will have it.

You can also find it in varying colors at www.parts-express.com.

Its correct actually. The servo arm is angled to match the connecting arm from the servo saver. It is perfect geometry!

What I did since the photo was move the link to the third hole for additional steering and properly set up the car. Danny (Tekno) has driven the car and looked it over more than once.
