Default MMP Fan w/ sensored motor

So i hooked up my sensored motor and set the castle link to smart sensored with cheat enabled at 0*.

When i power on the MMP the fan spins non stop until i give some throttle then stops. Once it's stopped it wont come on again until the temps are higher, then once it cools down it will stop (normal operation) . Whats up with the fan spining crazy fast when you turn on the car?

Pretty sure it's just to let you know the fan works. If you turned the ESC on and didn't see the fan spin, you wouldn't know whether the fan was faulty or not until it was too late, correct?

The fan spins when you power on the ESC so you can see that it is working, then shuts off until needed to cool the ESC. You would see the same thing (Fan starts and shuts off) on a Tekin RX-8

maybe i wasn't clear. It use to spin up on power on and then stop, then turn on when it needed to cool. Now it seems like it spins up on power on and WILL NOT stop until i give it a little throttle.

I've only used a MMP once or twice but maybe you need to setup the end points for the radio again? Maybe the fan turns off when it detects neutral. Not 100% sure on that though?
