Default Children Repellents

Now im pretty sure im not the only one here who gets children coming up to them and asking for a go on the rc car when you're at a park. I don't mean to be horrible to them when I say no but I just know they will be stupid with them and crash them since they are too young and won't be able to handle there sheer awesomeness but when I say no up where I am then they will literally try everything they can to break it . When I tell them to stop they just say let me have a go then. I would try and use them somwhere else but there isn't really anywhere I can go within walking distance and my back gardens too small to run them. Any tips to get rid of them. Any kinds of murder is out of the question, I've tried it before and apparently the government set a law against this (It's a joke not reality).

if they try to break it run it into them fast as possible then say it was an accident because they got in the way depending on age of course

That's funny!

I would explain to them how much it costs and tell them they can drive it once their parents come over and agree to replace anything their kid breaks. Of course I wouldn't expect any parents to actually come and agree to it, so no kids will be driving your toy.

Turn the throttle end point all the way down and let em have a go. 1/2 a MPH is no fun and they will be gone before you know it.

Ever think about painting it pink and putting flowers on it? Maybe the children will think it's to girly. Or when you have viewers, crash on purpose and pretend to fix it. But, I offer to let them drive my stuff at the truck, most say no or are to intimidated. Then again it's just toys, everything is fixable. Sounds like that park is full of rotten children lol. Bring a tyco with you as a children tester

ask for a non-refundable deposit.. or tell them you only let people drive it that can give you their drivers license and credit card to insure yours and their safety.

It's not an issue to me, because my 10 yr old child will probably put 2 or more laps on most of you in a 5 minute qualifier

this has also happened to me, Kids have no concept of money so I just tell them they can drive it when they lay 2k in my hand and thats usually the end of it, If they would try to break my r/c after that I would just hit em with it one good time then they hate it.......lol......J/K about hitting them but sounds good.......lol.......I had an old guy try to kick my baja one time, needless to say my baja did not get kicked because he couldnt catch it and he left.....lol

They make this repellant spray if you are wanting to give that a try.

Seriously I don't know, of course kids are going to be attracted to an R/C toy. Turn the throttle down like others have said or just try avoiding kids. Maybe ignore them until they just walk off.

hate to do it but it works, After I tell them no the first time if they continue to ask I do just ignore them and they do eventually walk away.
