Default ESC QUESTION

I need to know if the wires on this ESC are ok to shorten/cut to better fit the car I am installing it onto (B44.1).

LRP SXX TC-Spec "Version 2" Competition Brushless ESC
[ASCLRP80955]

Thanks in advance

it wont void the warranty or make the system run incorrectly? My Castle system said not to. I just want to make sure.

I don't want to say it won't void the warranty, but I doubt it will...... The wires are pre-soldered on and you could actually unsolder them and resolder new wires and it wouldn't change its performance.....

Cutting them will give you marginally better performance since the extra wire is extra resistance and weight. It's not gonna be night and day difference and probably won't be noticeable so there is little chance that it will effect the ESCs behavior and functionality.

Warranty is probably something you will want to clarify with the manufacturer beforehand since some say it's ok and others say it's a "no-no."

Shortening the wires should not void the warranty, changing them might.
