Losi 8ight shocks on Losi SCTE
i bought some 8ight shocks for my scte because i saw some guys were making it happen and it was driving like a 1/8 buggy, but my shocks arnt rebounding fast enough i have 50wt shock oil with green springs all the way around. Some help would be awesome thanks guys.

50wt in shocks that size on a SCTE is too heavy, IMO. I don't even run 50wt in my 8E 2.0 and it's heavier than the SCTE. I would go down in weight and maybe try some bigger hole pistons.

ok, here is some info THANKS TO THESE GUYS over on the SCTE ARR thread and thought it would be useful here and easy to find down the road as this is only 1 page right now....not 2442. Mainly useful for me when i get ready to redo the shocks but for other guys also that may not want to scan through 3000 pages in a few weeks to find this info...lol

The 8ight reds are as light of a spring as they have, the slivers are next in line, then green then black being the stiffest.
I wouldn't recommend black rears... even on the much much heavier 8ight-e nobody runs that stiff of a spring. Typical 8ight setups are silver or green, but most are green on the rear. Some have moved again with the much heavier 8ight to a black front spring, but still most stick with a silver to green front spring as well. Just some thoughts..
