32 pinch spur gear/pinion for 2wd slash

Stock slash 4x4 slipper spur gear and traxxas pinion will fit right on with no mods. 54/14 will run cool in a 2wd with no issues. I run 50/15 with 2s lipo. and sc tire. 13/50 w/8 scale tires. ypou need to put the pinion on with set screw toward motor for proper allignment. no cover needed.
So i thinking the 58t spur that i bought should run cool on my stock 2wd slash ? I bought a 10t , 11, 12t pinion it will be geared for a pretty tight indoor track . My guess whould be that the 12t whould be the best or maybe the 11t.
