Traxxas bandit/rustler you can't go wrong, the rustler might be a more capable basher, but I had a Bandit for years and abused the heck out of it and it kept on going!

I have a brushless Rustler and a brushless 2WD Slash and find the Rustler to be more fun.

Kool, i already have a 4x4 slash with a tekin pro 4, castle mamba pro, axles, etc lots of upgrades and run 3s lipo, it is a ton of fun. But the 2wd buggies have somewhat caught my interest. Also thought about maybe a mini revo brushless.

Give the Bandit a shot, durable lil sucker and super low maintenance. I've been jumping mine at the local BMX dirt jumps having a blast.
