Are you planning on upgrading to the B chassis stuff? Most of the after market stuff won't work with it.

Is anybody running the low roll center (LRC) rear hangars and/or the lowered rear shock tower? If so, I'd like to hear what you think.

I popped off my rear r/h arm during the A main, bummer. I guess I need to up grade to the new chassis. What really ticks me off is this is the second time and both were real easy hits, what a joke.

Did the arm pop out of the holder? This is a common problem on the standard (type A) chassis. You need to get at least an aluminum RR hanger. This is pretty much a must-fix. I also recently got the Exotek RF hanger as well, but haven't run it yet.

The type B chassis I think fixes this, as it is not quite as flexible, although they do make aluminum hangers foir that chassis also.

Other than replacing the stock plastic hangers the truck has been nearly bulletproof for me. I think I broke one arm and had 1 or 2 ballcups pop off this year, and I race every weekend.

Question for anybody with the Exotek hangers. Are the Exotek suspension bushings better than the Durango ones? I rebuilt my truck last month and had a lot of slop at the rear inner hinge pin, even with new pins & arms. It seems like the "balls" that the hinge pins fit into are the culprits. The Exotek ones look the same, but do they fit in the Exotek hangers better? After one race the slop is a lot worse.

I don't have the Exotek hangers but it sounds like your hinge pins might need a bit of shimming to seat the balls into the hanger better.

I may have to try that...I have the arm shimmed at the RF hanger so I don't have front-to-rear play, maybe I'll move those to the back and see what happens. It feels like I have side-to-side play in the ball opening itself, inside the RR hanger.

I'll experiment...thanks for the info.
