Arrow HOW TO DECIDE BATTERY AND MOTOR SIZE

I HAVE TWO LOSI 8T'S, AND A LOSI 8B 2.0 I RAN A 5000 4S 30C LIPOS WITH A MAMBA MONSTER AND A 2650 KV MOTOR ON THE BUGGY AND IT PERFORMS WELL. SINCE I GOT THE TRUGGY IV'E AND IT WORKS FINE IN THE TRUGGY. BUT IM BUYING NEW BATTERY'S SO IM WANTING TO OPTIMIZE MY POWER. SO MY QUESTIONS ARE SHOULD I BUY A 2200 KV MOTOR AND GO WITH A 5S OR EVEN 6S PACKS. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE BEST POWER WAY TO MAKE MY TRUGGY'S RUN THE BEST AND KEEP THE TEMPS DOWN.

THANKS ALL HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!

CAPS LOCK?
Ok most 1/8 scale cars are using a 40 size brushless motor and an esc which can handle a minimum of 4s lipo (14.8v). You can go down to a brushless motor below 2000kv if your using more than 4s (5S or 6S). They should run cooler and you can a larger pinion to gain more speed.

If your sticking with 4s then 2000kv in your truggy and 1900kv in your buggy will yield good run time and ample power for on a race track IMO. There are so many over powered cars out there right now that the power is not usable

I would stay with 4S batteries. 5S or 6S IMO are too much power. If you get a 1900kv for buggy and 2000 or 2100 for your truggy you will be fine.

Do you actually race with the 2650KV motor in your buggy? I dont think that motor will be smooth at all but than again it depends on your trigger finger.
