Maybe not. Let's hope Durango's new owners can get it together a little quicker this time and maybe give a chance to drive this awesome truck sooner than later. Let's hope...

Hobbico has a huge opportunity here!! Coming off a Reedy win and releasing a few new 1/8th scales and 2wd short course will put them in a great spot to run right up there with Losi and Associated!!

I know I will pre-order mine as soon as possible.

I totally agree. Sooner than later is the key for sure.

I sold my SC10 at the end of last season. Won a DEX410R. Liked it. The DEX210 was released and Loved the design. Bought it and I love it. I told everybody I knew that if Durango were to release a 2wd short course based on the DEX210, I would sell my SC10 4x4 and go all Durango. AE announces their SC10 4x4 FT and I sell my SC10 4x4 the next day and order a FT. Durango announces the DESC210 today. I cancelled my FT order. Now I am going to run all Durango.
AE better watch themselves because if they don't come out with some NEW and I mean new, not update old designs, Durango is going to dominate the rc race world.

How long did it took from the moment we heard about the dex210 and the actual release ? 2 years?

I do not see this truck on the shelves before christmas.

And durango needs to sort things out regarding parts availability asap!!!!!

You cant dominate anything when your parts cant be bought

Dont get me wrong, I love durango and my dex210. but parts availability

I agree as well. Would love to have a 2whl SC. But with the issues getting parts for my current rango's, I wouldn't get one til parts are readily available. I love my desc, and dex410.and would love to continue to support the brand. But its a tough sale at this point.

I will have to show you next time I am up why the rims are different.

I wonder how much and what parts of the truck is going to be based on the 210 and the SC410.

The wheels appear to be the same offset in that last photo.

Its funny, +8mm chassis for the DEX210 came out around the same time this car came out. So you kind of know that the main chassis is going to be about the same. Also in my last photo you can see a similar plastic side pod, swept up front arms. It looks very similar.
