Default Burning Gears? Shaking Body? Please Read

Hey guys, so basically i just received my new motor (Velineon System) i upgraded from the Titan 12t and i got new gears, spur and pinion. Well when i put those on all i got was the gears spinning and the tires hardly moving. After hours of trying to fix it i finally put the old spur and pinion on. It STILL doesn't seem at its full potential and when hold the body and fully accelerate the body starts shaking and when i smell the area where the motor is it smells like its burning or somethings getting way to hot..I felt the motor and it was just warm.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Sounds like your slipper clutch is loose. Try readjusting that.

I'd say it's probably too far gone by this stage.

You probably need a new slipper clutch. Make sure it's tight enough.

do you have alocal hobby shop or race track? either one should have someone who could help you. most of the time a problem is much easier to diagnose if some one can get their eyes on it.
