Default Hobbywing Stock Supercharged ESC Settings

I'll be running this esc with a Speedpassion v3 17.5t motor with boost and turbo timing in my TLR XXX-cr with a 2s lipo... on a clay indoor track medium size has a big jump... I've got a good suspension setup just need to know a good point to start the esc boost and turbo timing settings so that I don't melt the motor or esc the first time out... any help would be great!!!

my gearing by the way is 24/78 so thats a FDR of 7.43 should I change this???

thanks for any help

I am sure the other thread will have some answers to your questions, but in buggy, you should be able to maintain some aggressive gearing even with supercharger.

Since the esc ramps the timing and doesn't apply it across the board, you can prevent lots of timing at low rpm which is a major factor for excess heat. I run 31/72 gearing on my B4 with boost starting at 5000 rpm and a 250rpm/degree ramp, maxing at 30 degrees, no supercharger right now. My tekin 17.5 comes off the track around 140 with those settings. I had been running some supercharger in it with a 29 pinion, but I decided I liked more gear and no supercharger more.... It is smoother, and that helps as i am not a very smooth driver
