Any of the trucks you have listed will win races, personally I had a Gt and a NXT Team ed, (predicessor to the XXXNt). I have to say I really liked the Gt over the losi. Some will say the Gt is an old design, but I look at it as a design that has been constantly tweeked throughout the years. They finally ditched the old tub chassis, put in more braces with the new chassis, a new fuel tank, and I believe revised the suspension last year. Hands down I felt the Gt had better steering/handling, and the stealth tranny is bullet proof, just my observation. I've never driven the newer losi, and probably never will, but just seems like everyone at the track I frequent is all Gt's.

The XXX-NT comes with a way better radio system and is faster out of the box but still i would get the RC10GT

You're comparing apples to oranges. The XXX-NT Sport is a Ready-To-Run and the Adam Drake Edition is a full blown racer kit.

No truck is "better", but sometimes one truck suits someone better than another. Do your own research at the track and find which car is supported better by your local hobby store, and make your own decision.

I'd say drive em both. I'm sure some people at the track would let ya. See what ya like. I personally like the gt. But get what ya want or think drives better. Parts at the shop is nice, so use that in your decision, as well as your buddies what they run. That way you can swap parts with them.

Odds are, you'll buy the RTR, then within the first year, you will have turned it into the AD2 anyway! Save the money and buy the full blown stuff right off the bat....then there's no need to accessorize and/or upgrade. Pay more now, save more later.

I really hate these threads, because there is no "better" truck. It's like trying to pick up a chick and asking your guys out of the three chicks you're deciding to date.. which one is better . Both trucks will perform equally when tuned and worked on, however, the Losi RTR does come with better electronics. On the other hand, the Associated has a greater database of parts, but having a Losi, I don't see that as a big problem, every hobby shop has what I need.

It's just a matter of what you like man.

Hit the nail on the head!

Thank you to everyone for remaining basically well behaved. It's nice to see opinions backed up by personal experience (in most cases).

These discussions are fine, unless you start using "Brand X HANDS DOWN" again..
