are aftermarket bodies stronger?!?

Are aftermarket bodies really stronger than the stock bodies? Are they worth the little bit of money of money or is it best to run a beat-up a stock body?

I have had really good luck with Jconcepts bodies. Ran one on almost every truck i have had that had one for an option.
