***Mystery*** Traxxas "X" Car
#31

Slight change of subject, but I was messing around looking at the dealer locator for 2 reasons due to an email I received.
The 2 reasons are that Traxxas is supposedly in every hobby store in the US and that we as an industry are losing hobbystores all across the US like crazy.
However, the point of my post is that in multiple locations including a few in Iowa, there are several motorcycle dealerships (especially Kawasaki) that are Traxxas dealers.
Of course, some people know they were sponsoring 3 Kawi riders recently......
hmmmm. What is up with that and does that mean a scale ATV or dirtbike.

So anyways, since Caster can't do it and I predicted the Slash/SC phenomenon.
Prediction: Whoever decides to make a scale (preferably motocross) quad with rider will create a new class and will truly break free from the hobby and gain tremendous marketshare.
The more scale it is, the bigger the sales. Then they will be able to transition from hobby stores over to motorcycle stores. Obviously, a motocross bike or quad will be easily interchangeable with a body kit and some colors.

If it is an 1/8 Buggy with Revo suspension?

I think I prefer the HPI models over the Traxxas models... I think the MERV is a pain in the ass to work on and the HPI layout of the Vorza buggy is nice... Or it could just be the buggy layout of any maker is better to work on. Not sure but the MERV is a pain in the butt if things break! Traxxas should make the 1/8 buggy....

Do research in the old threads. Everyone was saying they were stupid because they wouldn't handle, etc....
Actually we have 2 short course versions, I just refuse to release them until we have more testing done. Not going to half ass release a product anymore.
By the way, try telling Asia that short course will be the next big thing and see how long it takes to get going, especially when you are not doing losi, Ae, traxxas volume. It doesn't happen.
