Will work but be way to fast to drive and run a little hot. A better choice wokld be the 4600 four pole. I've raced with it in my lcg slash and my jammin and it works great and runs cool on 2s.

Reason you need such a large KV motor?
the MMP and 1410 3800kv is damn fast

It'd be like putting a Supercharged WRX Engine in a Mack Truck, it'd rev it's box off but be pushing around too much weight and just cook itself very quickly.

Either the 1410 3800kv setup is nice or the 1406 4600kv 4 pole is a nice setup as well. The 1410 motor is just a tad bigger than the 1406 sized 4600 motor.

Both have large amounts of torque and speed. More than most need for a 2wd SC thats for sure.

The above is sound advice, I have a 5700 1406 in my SC10 and it's overkill... If I were to do it again I would go lower kV and use batteries and gearing to my advantage.

yeah i am running a 5700kv in my xxxt-cr...crazy fast..too much, but i'm gonna gear down and adjust my slipper and make it work..lol, most of the guys running mod truck at our track are running 6.5's ..i couldn't imagine a 7700 in a sc truck !!!! would be a blast to watch for sure..

Maybe 1 or 2 minutes, no way you'd keep it cool the 7700 motor is just not meant to run a Corr truck

http://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&rc...qlWES9Wf_5cgZg

That is the manufacturers recommended gearing chart, and they pretty much spell out for you that the 7700 is a NO NO in the Blitz!

But if you do decide to do it, at least Youtube it for us, I love watching people do dumb s#it then chuck it on the net.

Put it this way, I put a 6900 in my son's OFNA JL10e 4wd on road and I think it's the fastest car I've driven to date... that is until I run my CRC Gen X 10 equipped with Mamba Max Pro / 7700kV combo this week hopefully. These cars were built for parking lots not tracks that's what makes them so ridiculous.

Keep in mind these cars weigh a lot less than any off roader. I only ran my son's car for about 10 minutes until I ripped a tire in half, losing the foam insert and ripping the tire off the rim... yeah it's fast. The 6900 runs cool in the right application, but it will most likely run hot in a SC truck.
