Default Asiatees piggyback shocks

So I just got a set of Boom Racing piggyback shocks from Asiatees, for the price I couldn't at least get a set just for display purposes if they turn out to be crappy performancewise. I am actually impressed with what I got for $18.

All parts are alloy and "look" great.

Unfortunately, they are to damn big to fit the stock EXO in the rear.

I didn't really want to start modding anything to make 'em fit but we'll see.

Great looking shocks for a shelf queen (since I haven't actually tested them) but if you were thinking about getting a set, be aware that they may not fit some applications without some fiddling around.

My original panels ripped from some on track crashes. I tried making some replacements out of thin aluminum. I still working on making different ones to get the look I want. This was my first mockup.

just finished my EXO Build and went out for the first test run.....my right rear dog bone won't even stay in the right rear wheel. I knew that people were having issues with the rear dog bone but man I didn't even jump the thing and its already coming out. I looked it over it's all put together correct. Also I wanted to make a few runs with the cabin plastics in just for the fun of it, but man what a horrible idea that was. I really don't see how any grown adult male can fit their hands into that little area. That said I was SUPER impressed with the handling of the buggy. It felt much more predictable than my SCTE or any other of my RC's to be honest. It felt like it wanted to stick to the ground instead of traction rolling. Well I could go on and on about how great it handled but I won't Im running a 4000kv 4 pole Hobbywing and a 80a Brushless hobbies ESC and using 5800mah Nano tech lipos I also just installed a new HV servo from hobbyking in it, it runs really smooth and fast almost as fast as my 1258 Savox. Im sure when I put 7.4v instead of the 3v its getting now the servo will really come to life. Tons of power and top end really starting to get excited about this buggy. I air brushed a awesome paint job Ill post some pics asap.

Heh very nice. I did the shock relocation a couple of weeks ago and am very pleased with it. If I start racing and need a plate that is a really good looking solution.
