Slash With Castle 4600kv Who Has One????
I just picked up a 2wd slash with the Castle Creations Sidewinder 4600KV with matching ESC! I plan on using it for racing and was curious as to what C rating of battery to get and also what gearing to use with a 2s battery? I appreciate any input.

I would use at least a 30C pack or more and 5000 mah 2 cell lipo. Gearing wise I would start with 19/86 with the speedo set to low start power and set the timing at low to start and probably wouldn't ever need the timing set at more than normal which is 10 degrees. Punch control set at 0% which is max power. If you need to slow it up some lower your EPA on the radio to about 75% or setup the torque control feature and start it set at 6. Its easy to setup if your using Castle Link.
