I have had to deal with Castle's customer service on a couple of issues and I have had zero issues with them. They have been great on the phone and a pleasure to deal with. Now the fact remains that I had to call them in the first place.... but when I did I had no issue.

I've had one great experience with them and 1 not so good, I've had a large scale esc in for repair for 5 months and they still won't reply to emails

A+ Customer Service.
Castle Creations customer service- has always been a great experience. It's always best to call. Whenever I've called castle creations- they've been able to help me 100% with anything I've had questions about.
When I call castle creations tech support- I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for help. Often the phone is answered right away- when I call.
I highly recommend castle creations products. And the 1 year warranty is outstanding.
Great work- Castle Creations :-)
PS. As for repair experiences. My repaired or replaced electronic speed controls have always arrived quickly, with no problems nor delays. Castle Creations has told me that if they run out of stock of my model speed control- if it's a replacement situation(rather than repair), there would be a delay in sending the speed control to me. Though I've not experienced this because the esc's have always been in stock.

I took my blown up MMP in the door. I live in Olathe, ks. Took it in on the 8th of this month and just got the replacement a couple of days ago.
I've since traded the MMp for a RX8 and I'm selling what little castle stuff I have left. Mainly the 3800kv motor and sidewinder SCT esc....
I've got some friends that have thrown fits in the office and left with stuff, and I've heard of them selling stuff pretty cheap sometimes.
Castle stuff is OK, but it's far from great..........

Why do y'all sound like lil boys waiting on the girl to call you back? You have to call ahead with any company. Have someone looming for your box to come through.
How many emails u think They get a day, week? Call and when u know its there call to confirm its in their exact hands! Easier to get help when polite and persistent. Than make a thread about it.

my experience was fairly similar but for one reason...they do things like they should which is first in first out. the first guys that get there are the first ones to get serviced and when the parts are available. they told me 8-10 weeks for my micro pro and it took all of that. if i recall they did send me a notification when it finally got to the bench and what their decision was and the action that they were going to take. i have to send power tools in for service at my job and it can take quite some time too...thats why contractors have more than one cordless drill. get a hobbywing xerun 80a as a backup for about $65 shipped on sale or just plan on waiting a while because even the best things can break on you.

I have two MMP's and one Monster. Everything has been great for more than a year. One of the MMP's died Saturday.
Now, reading all this, I'm wondering about spending $50 to get it fixed if its going to take 8-10 weeks. Seems like I may be trying a HobbyWing in the near future.
Darn, I really liked the castle-card programming ease, too. Oh well, I can use it on the ones I have left.
