The only things that are different from the buggy to truggy are :

Center drive shafts
Battery box
Chassis
Body mounts
Rear chassis brace
Rear shock tower
And the obvious arms, shocks, ring and pinion, front tower but if you have a nitro truggy you have that stuff.

I'm pretty sure besides the body you can put a kit together from parts on amain and what we have at serpent America. If you have questions email me. [email protected]

Started with the Serpent 811T TE nitro kit and put my RC Monster electric conversion on it. It ran pretty well. Recently got my official Serpent electric conversion kit and put that together. Ran it last night in practice and WOW what a difference. Truck was simply awesome. Jumped great, stable, and tons of steering now. Definitely worth the upgrade if you are running an electric converted nitro kit.

I think so, yes. I didn't make any setup changes from one chassis to the other, just moved the front and rear clips over whole, and the truck went from being OK, but still needing steering, to just dialed. I let a few other ppl drive it after the mains last night and they all raved about it. If only I could get my 811B-E 2.0 to handle like this. I think the weigh balance front to rear, and left to right is just better on the official conversion.

Sponsored by Chicky. He really came through getting the sponsored guys this conversion in time for the nats. Couldn't get any of the new etruggy bodies for us yet so I'm still rocking the ugly nitro body.

I'm really excited about this, just picked up a chassis waiting for the conversion to be released. Got really luck on the buy just really needs some new hardware and chassis plate which should come with the kit when released!

The new Serpent conversion is pretty sweet. Ran it last weekend and truck seemed much better than running the rc monster conversion. Truck seemed much more planted and jumped very well. Truck seemed more stable and easier to drive. Definitely worth the upgrade!
