HOW TO: Store 4 Winter

I am putting my XXXT away for the winter, or atleast a month or so. I would like to know how to safely maintain my GP3300s and how to safely preserve the shocks, or any other mechanical or electronical parts so they do not stick.

Basically, I'd like to know about the the shocks; should I take the oil out in the winter (even though it will be stored inside)? I plan to change the oil some time during the winter. Should I wait until we start racing?

Shock oil doesn't go bad. You may want to check your shocks before next season but they'll be fine.

Your batteries may take a few charges to wake up after sitting for a while, but just make sure you keep everything clean and dry.

A workstand or at the very least a shoebox is good to keep the wheels off the shelf to prevent flat spots, and as for the batt's a month won't do anything, but longer than that I'd suggest a charge and dump every couple months.

Hmm that answered all my questions. Thanks guys!

I always lay my truck down on the shock towers so the wheels are in the air when I put it away in my carrying bag from Epic... gimme a WOO!
