The E-Maxx, IMO, is one of the funnest cars I have (other than my T-Maxx).

Mods so far:

2 Reedy Ti 12x2 Mod Motors
2 Reedy R3K 6-cell Batteries
2 LRP ESC's
Airtronics 357 Steering Servo
Team Associated Shock Set
Robinson Tranny Gears
Pro-Line Bowtie Tires
RPM Stable Max Wheels with 'Dish' Covers
Converted Entire Truck to 4-40 Allen Head Screws
Converted Truck to 48p Gears

VERY fast (maybe 40-45 with slightly tall gears). For the street, I have a set of Pro-Line road tires, and, with those, I can flip the truck over in less than 3 inches!!!!! Also, the rear axles are like twizzlers with the road tires.

At SoCal, the truck jumps incredibly good!!! And is VERY fast.

Works good. Love it!!!

No I don't like the truck at all!!
It is slow, flips way too easily, doesn't rock climb very well.
All in all I am not very impressed with the truck at all!!

Ok you are entitled to your opinion but I have seen and driven the truck and I still am not impressed!!!
I will race my slightly modified Clodbuster against it and feel the CLOD would put it away in every category!!
Truck of the Year!! Ha ha ha!!

Well, I have to agree that in stock form the truck is a bit of a handfull, but, 'slightly modified', I personally don't think there is a truck of it's type that can beat it!!!!

Jam, where are you located....I smell a friendly 'truck-challenge' brewing!!!!

Wolverine: actually, the RPM wheels are the only thing I had to buy for it...sponsors provided all the other stuff. But, yer looking at, oh, I'd say about $700, maybe, not including the price of the truck.

Jamracing: so, you actually raced against modified E-Maxx's?? And won?? Your clod must be pretty good...but I think I've got something for ya....

Ya, I'm sponsored...not for the E-Maxx though, but other companies that have parts I can use on the E-Maxx.

No, sorry, no pix yet. If yer in the SoCal area I have the truck there and running it quite often...
