Broad answers like this are difficult to answer...Could you narrow it down a bit...

Seriously, Matt hit this one. If you don't have it, download an assembly manual for the car you are talking about. It will show you what screws to take out, what parts have to come off to replace another part deeper in, etc. There is no one particular site to tell you all this. All cars are different.

just take it apart! If something is broke, just take everything off that is attached to that part. Order new part, reverse the process putting it back together.

I assume you mean your Rustler's servo is broken? Goto Traxxas.com, look up electric Rustler and there should be a downloadable file that shows a exploded view of all parts and screws. Look up the broken part number and get a replacement either online or at your local hobby shop.

Maybe I'm too old or not versed enough in the jargon.

What the heck does TOS stand for?

There is no "step by step" how to repair a broken part. Download the manual online if you dont have it and follow the assembly procedure in reverse. Only way to do it if you cant do it on your own. Rc cars are very simple so they is no need for a step by step repair guide.

He was trying to pluralize "How To" as in more than one.
