I had a problem with my order too. I emailed the contact email on the BCE website and received a phone call later that evening. Bill was very helpful and the problem was resolved.
Bill told me the problem isnt getting the chassis shipped out but rather getting the raw materials shipped in to him. Often his orders are delayed which creates a back log that is somewhat difficult to handle.
In my case the problem was USPS and their horrible tracking which had allowed my package to be mishandled.

I spoke to bill today and he's back on schedule, its been a crazy week for orders and got behind, the machine has been running 24/7, you guys are awesome with all the orders for the chassis, things are looking up for him and all you guys are the reason for it. Keep em coming, and stay tuned for some new announcements soon!

I have place my order ( scte chassis) on 2011-24-8 and I have not received the order, I don't even have a tracking number! Do you receive a tracking number when you order there?
