Default tekin rx8 help

i have a tekin rx8 setup in an losi xxl running 4s with 2000kv motor dx3s controller and tele. i did strap the battery in properly as i was only showing someone the truck. got a little carried away and went fast etc battery strap came loose battery fell out on the dirt running deans connecters it would of given the connector and wires a bit of pull but no wires are broken but now i have nothing working at all no steering or anything. it still makes a little arc when i connect the battery but nothing else. i have powered up the rest of the system with out the esc connected using a rx pack the controller rx etc are fine. any ideas???

check the solder joints,check it with the hotwire to see if it will recognize it

hey there i have checked the solder joints only on top of the poles not inside the unit they are good. i connected it to hotwire and it works fine updates the software and settings but still nothing.

if it works of the hotwire i would find a different battery any thing will work a 2s

i have tried 2 diff 4s batts and neither work but both the batts work in losi truggy.

ok,if the hotwire recognizes the esc and accepts changes like normal but will not power with a battery i say something came off the board or got pulled out

use a tester from the battery to the speed control. sounds like something came undone when you were dragging it. or you could have shorted out the speed control. call service and send it in after testing it. service is great.
sometimes it all looks great. but one little broken wire can ruin your day. they might look like they are intact but maybe under the shrink tube it came loose
