Yes I just snapped one last week first thing I broke in 6 months it seems to be the week link on this buggy. I made a custom one out of aluminum since I couldn't find a replacement.

Nice plate MurdockJr.

anyways what Aluminum shock caps would fit the shock bodies?
three done, stripped one.
oh! what fun (yes it had to rhyme)

so far everything i found for spares, hop-ups have been plug and play.(a lil' modification for some, but that is what keeps it fun for me.
there are some rear chassis plates but are not exact.

M JR has a great idea.
i will make one this coming week.

Make more and sell them also some different degree rear toe blocks would be nice. And since I am going to run mid-motor a 1 degree anti-squat front hinge pin brace.

anyone running mid motor run into issues with motor fitment? i mean there's not a lot of room for a big pinion. not too mention i have to rotate the solder tabs to the rear due to them coming in contact with the alloy gearbox braces.

i'd buy one of those t-plates!

Shorty and saddle packs work in mid-motor.

What size are the diff balls in the car? Should I do any sanding of the rings? or do they come pretty flat out of the box? Hope to have the kit with spares waiting at an Amazon Locker by Wednesday.

3/32, same as AE. The Tamiya 201 kit that BFast has is a drop in replacement. I sanded my stock rings when I built the diff.

Thanks Blake. The whole diff will work, or just the carbide balls?

Fred told me the kit he has will work as far as rebuilding it. I don't know if the gear, spring, and outdrives will work.

MJR, i was wondering , and i'am going to try, did you happen to hone out for Delrin bushings? for the pins.
i believe i will have to do it with a Dremel diamond ball grinding tip to seat the snap fit for them.
it will take the most time.
P.S.
Atomiks site no chassis plates until early March.
