I plan to try it out. I know a lot of the team has been running full packs with it. Ryan has run some with the short pack and the setup seems too stiff for the reduction in weight but we will play with it some. I think for NT stock the short pack will be a good thing to learn to setup with due to the weight reduction of the short battery. For mod the extra weight for stability might be good. I think there will be two different setups the different batteries.

I have run with the shorty pack and in my opinion, its too light for the truck. It could just be the setup I have on the truck as well though as I have been just driving it with the setup I have. I am going to mess with it some more over the holidays and will report back. For mod though, I think a full pack is good, something around the weight of 5000-5500 Mah.

For electrics all I have right now on order is a savox servo. I am still debating which esc and motor to get lol. I am going to order batteries next week for it and tires.

Hopefully when the truck releases the wheels will be released also so I can get a set.

I really can't wait for this truck to come already!

Oh and I need to get someone to paint the body lol.

All the parts (wheels, spares etc) are on the same boat from the dates in the system so assuming your LHS ordered that stuff as well is should all come at the same time.

Is it a requirement to run the yellow wheels if you drive for TLR???

I would get it on BO. They may have all sold out already. You never know but the longer you wait the worse your chances.

Several of us have had the conversation about if the team guys have to run yellow wheels!! We figured you did. I am so ready to get this truck, sold my xxx-t cr two weeks ago and am already missing my truck!!!

If you have yellow in your paint scheme I think yellow wheels look better. If you don't have yellow in your paint scheme I feel white is better. All personal preference though.
